How the Program Works

Your customers deserve seamless and dependable integration solutions, and you deserve a trusted technology partner. The FuseIT Channel Partner Program offers a range of benefits and incentives that align with diverse business models. By joining our free program, you gain access to innovative solutions and comprehensive support, enabling you to maximize profits, broaden your market reach, and grow your business.

Who Are You?

You or your company might be a:

  • Value-added Reseller (VAR): You resell software products and provide value beyond order fulfillment.
  • Consultant: An experienced individual who is trained to analyze and advise a client in order to help the client make the best possible choices.
  • System Integrator (SI): An individual or business that builds computing systems for clients by combining hardware and software products from multiple vendors.
  • Independent Software Vendors (ISV): Makes and sells software products that run on one or more computer hardware or operating system platforms.
  • Distributor: A distributor is an intermediary entity between the producer of a product and another entity in the distribution channel or supply chains, such as a retailer, a value-added reseller (VAR) or a system integrator (SI).
  • Agency: This could be design agencies, marketing agencies etc. They are good channel partners for platform providers of web hosting, web sites and e-commerce sites

Rewards and Benefits

Enjoy additional benefits as you move up the partner status levels. Commissions are based on the first-year revenues - a $100,000 deal can return up to $50,000 plus the custom development effort you provide:

  • Bronze: First sale - 20%
  • Silver: Second sale - 30%
  • Gold: Third sale - 40%
  • Platinum: Additional sales - 50%

If your customer purchases support (usually 20% of the annual fee), 50% of this will be paid annually.

Please register any leads so we know which partner gets the commission! We never approach your customers independently.

Technical Support

Your customers will come to you first for support. FuseIT provides partners with business hours support to ensure you always impress your customers with a speedy response and resolution.

Trial Software

You will have access to releases of the latest software versions:

  • Receive time-limited trial versions for POCs 
  • Access to our demo org (with demo scripts) and a provisioned Salesforce instance

Direct Lead Registration/ Referrals

You can register a referral lead to establish your ownership of their potential sales process with FuseIT. These registrations are meant to be for leads that you have a business relationship with, who are interested in FuseIT software. 


As a partner company, we fully understand the importance of a Partner-Customer relationship and will engage with you only based on this registration, and not directly with your prospect.


What happens after you register a lead?

Once you successfully register the lead, you’ll be the owner of the entire domain for a six month period. In that time, our Account Manager will reach out directly to see how we may help you with this opportunity. With successful completion of the sales process, you’ll earn commission on the deal.
