Deloitte - Australia

For large, regulated organisations, Salesforce runs the front office. But getting the most from it pulls in two directions: making every customer interaction sharper, and keeping the records behind those interactions defensible. Few vendors solve both.

Deloitte, one of the world's largest systems integrators, has teamed up with FuseIT to close the second half of that gap for enterprise Salesforce customers across Australia and New Zealand. On these engagements, T4S archives Salesforce records and documents into OpenText Content Manager, so recordkeeping obligations are met properly instead of left to grow unmanaged inside the CRM.
