Depending on the wishes of our clients and the complexity of the organization an ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Strategy engagement can range from a quick ICT health scan to a full ICT Strategy definition exercise. Our consulting approach usually begins with the Business Strategy and related Action plans . These documents need to be mapped to ICT Requirements and future ICT capabilities. Next we look at the organization’s current ICT capabilities and identify the gap between what is required and what is available. From the gap analysis we derive an ICT Action Plan including prioritized projects and what technologies and infrastructure are best to be used.
