Salesforce Data Migration
Often overlooked, data migration is the process of moving existing information, usually residing on server databases, into or out of Salesforce. Information quality is critical to your CRM and your business. For example, looking at a Salesforce address, it must comply with the chararcteristics of information to be useful: - Valid - is the address in the correct format?
- Accurate - does the address belong to the correct contact?
- Reliable - is the address actually an address and from a good source?
- Timely - is the address available when you need it?
- Relevant - is the address where you need it?
- Complete - does the address have all the neccessary detail?
- Understandable - is the address in a language that can be understood?
