Public Heath South

FuseIT built a system for the Otago District Health Board, Public Health South group, to allow them to manage their service events. The system allows them to store their customer and premises data electronically and link them to service events. They can manage their follow up actions for each event and assign them to different staff members. Historically, Public Health South has had customer details stored in various different places, now they can store it centrally in one location. The system enables Public Health South to provide their clients with improved customer service by having relevant information at their finger tips.

"Public Health South needed a database to facilitate information sharing across a diverse group of disciplines in three regional offices. Future developments will add document management features to improve access to information that was previously “filed” and inaccessible to most staff. FuseIT helped us design a solution that was simple in concept, but could support a diverse range of activities. We were impressed by the ability of FuseIT to understand our unique requirements, and the speed at which the development occurred. Our staff have needed very little training as the system is so easy to use."
